ACS Thermal Clips create a highly efficient attachment system that reduces the effect of thermal bridging. The new ACS U-Clip™ is a low cost solution for commercial and residential construction. Composed of galvanized American steel and utilizing the ACS Thermal Pad, the ACS U-Clip™ provides a balance between performance, ease of use and cost.

- Universal Application: The ACS U-Clip™ allows the flexibility to install girts horizontally or vertically, both inside and outside of the insulation.
- Easy to Install: The ACS U-Clip™ can be installed anywhere on a 1/2″ plywood wall. Using the wood screws provided, there is no requirement to install into studs.
- Adjustable: With adjustability up to 1”in applications with penetrating angle, installers save time by avoiding the use of shims or additional parts to level the substructure.
- Screws Included: The ACS U-Clip™ includes all the screws required for installation into a wood, steel-stud or concrete back-up assembly.
- Reduce Material Costs: Incorporating ACS Thermal Clips into the design may result in less insulating material to meet thermal resistance targets, thus reducing the total insulation thickness and costs associated with the assembly.
